If your event is not broadcast or streamed live, then it is being shot and edited for later use.
This takes some of the pressure off of the pre-production, but it still requires nearly all of the equipment in order to ensure that you have acquired all of the necessary elements for a clean show in post.
You will still need to address the number and location of cameras, cable runs, the amount of lighting, recording the live audio, and working closely with the director to ensure that you have everything covered prior to showtime.
